30/01/2018
After two years of activities, CO-LAB project releases one of the key project outcomes, its conclusions and recommendation on Integrating Collaborative Learning in Policy and Practice in the education system.
The report gives an overview of the whole project and highlights the key approaches and activities, which, together with project partners’ valuable input, the Final Evaluation Report and the Country Reports, enabled the creation of these final recommendations. The recommendations are based on the experiences of the project partners and national participants in six European countries: Austria, Belgium-Flanders, Estonia, Ireland, Poland and Portugal.
These actionable guidelines for supporting and mainstreaming collaborative learning are organised on four levels (policy, teacher training, schools and classrooms) and provides key take away messages for each stakeholder as well as list of concrete suggestions.
Recommendations include prioritising collaborative learning at national/central level, motivating teachers to experiment with CL and creating a collaboration culture within the school itself.
